Strengthening machine needle penetration force
Powerful direct drive motor makes the machine needle penetration force more forcerul. The speed of start and stop is faster. The speed 2800rpm improves the efficiency to a further extent.
Standard broken-needle sensor
To be used for detection of thread broken .It automatically stops and informs the operator once it detects thread broken .
Optional：Sliding device for pattern tacker
Sliding device pattern tacker machine is especially designed for clothes labels and bag patterns. To prevent the material from moving while sewing ,the sliding device holds the material firmly.
Optional：Flip flop for patter tacker
It is specially especially designed for special fabric , was mainly adopted in label attaching with varied size.
Optional：Industrial scanner
It can directly transfer decoded content to computer system by USB.It will be more convenient to match the correct pattern by scanner while sewing different patterns and materials.
