Stand foot presser equipment

Using big area foot presser device as standard equipment and more stable model plate of fixed pattern，it reduces shake during sewing to a large extent which in return renders more precise and beautiful stitching lines.

Electric tension device

With Variable tension of multi segments ,electric tension device leaves less margin and provides better stitching trace.

Upper thread clamping device

Effectively prevent the problem of thread take-off at the beginning of sewing ,which avoids nest-like phenomenon.

Servo drive (X,Y)

Equipped with new servo motor system,the feeding of X,Y directions is powerful enough which enables more precise sewing pattern. Using latest control technology. it extends the sewing area to a larger area. It can cut thick line sharply due to stable cutting device.

Disconnection detection function

Can be used to detect thread-broken .It automatically stops and informs the operator once it detected broken thread.

Low power consumption

This machine uses direct drive servo motor, which reduces the power by 50% compared with traditional machines, the lowest power consumption in pattern machines.
