On the morning of May 20, members of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee visited SUPREME Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to conduct a special inspection on the integrated development of “Artificial Intelligence + Manufacturing.” The delegation was accompanied by municipal leaders, including

At the intelligent sewing equipment exhibition area, the delegation observed live demonstrations of various automated sewing machines, electronic pattern sewing machines, and template sewing systems.

Company representatives introduced SUPREME’s independently developed MES (Manufacturing Execution System), which collects real-time production data to ensure transparent production management and full-process quality traceability. AI algorithms are also used to optimize production scheduling and predictive equipment maintenance.

5G-Powered Unmanned Material Handling

In the smart warehousing and logistics exhibition area, collaborative operations involving tote robots, narrow-aisle side-fork robots, automated storage cabinets (IBOX), and latent AGVs attracted significant attention.

Powered by SUPREME’s independently developed WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RCS (Robot Control System), together with 5G low-latency communication and AI path-planning algorithms, the system enables fully unmanned cross-floor material transportation. It also seamlessly integrates with the MES system to create a complete intelligent closed-loop ecosystem covering production, warehousing, and logistics.

The delegation highly appreciated SUPREME’s practical approach of using its own factory as both a testing ground and a demonstration platform for intelligent manufacturing technologies.
